A clear
understanding.

Project quotes

Deliverables, timing and revisions are agreed in your project quote before payment. The project minimum is 200 credits including the studio fee. A listed starting price is not a final quote.

Credits and promotions

The nominal credit rate is CA$1 per 10 credits. Promotional packages may offer a different effective rate. Credits fund eligible studio purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Purchased credits do not expire. The refund policy applies to one-off purchases.

VIP support

KSDigital Portal VIP is granted after an eligible credit redemption. Discord VIP requires a connected Discord account, membership of the configured community, and a successful role sync.

Payments

PayPal payments and studio fulfilment are subject to the agreed quote and applicable consumer rights. Read our refund policy before paying. One-off credit and VIP purchases are final except where applicable law or a payment-provider decision requires a remedy.
